Frank Cunningham founded Carey Phoenix Limousine in 1978 with a single car - a 1962 Rolls-Royce Silver Cloud II. Frank learned the inner-workings of the transportation business during his time as General Manager for Hertz Rental Car of Europe.

Frank saw a gap in the transportation market for a premium white-glove chauffeur service and recognized Phoenix, Arizona as an ideal candidate for his new operation.

Frank proudly chauffeured clients throughout the day and religiously detailed the Rolls-Royce at night. His dedication to top-notch service and the ultimate luxury experience fostered a boom in demand, ultimately leading to more vehicles and drivers.

Today, Carey Phoenix Limousine boasts a fleet of over 40 vehicles and serves clients from all over the globe.
